Should I add this line to the route? With a quarry at the end?

I say yes it's a very steep line and should be provide plenty of scope for freight activities which apart from the Croeser junction to Bethgelert sidings section the rest of the WHR dosen't.

There seems to be no doubt about it. We all want to make life as difficult for you as possible.

Yes go for it, if people dont want to use it cos they think it spoils the route then they can dump a load of trees across the track or lift the trackwork when the download the route... Ohh and I want to see how you do the incline planes, something i can never work out how to portray in MSTS....

I doubt that the Brynwyn inclines will be quite as exiting as you imagine - they were notoriously flat (for an incline), and probably equate to the gradient you get if you angle the track to its maximum in RE (about 1 in 17 ish IIRC)

It rose only 245 feet in half a mile this was still steeper than even the Bryngwyn Branch there is a legend that suggests that they tried to work it with Beddgelert but i think thats vey unlikely

Ohh right lol, was thinking of something on the scale of the Dinorwic inclines.... So they were more of a gentle rise then really!! lol

Would of been interesting to work it with a loco....
