munich route and the ice 3

i have recently purchased the Munich to Augsburg add on
i have just been driving on it and have noticed that the ice 3 has a cruse control is there any way i can disable it (i think it's the afb)
also on certain bits of track there is a pzb can i disable these so i can run at full speed

It is all explained in the manual, you don't need to disable cruise control, just don't bother to set it and it has no effect

If you just bought this route, can you please take a look if you have the br294 freight scenario available or not? It is described in the manual and I have it missing...

According to the German forum the BR294 scenario was held back due to issues with interaction with the signalling systems. Apparrently it will be released at a later date.

Downloaded a freight scenario for the 294 from the workshop by FHB, all the signals worked flawlessly, nice little scenario, had to swap out the MABR294 for the default, seems for some strange reason its not the updated 294?
