So again, let me get this straight from what I read above. Is it just a case of re naming the Kuju folder , contents folder, as well as the assets folder to something like Kujumain,Contentsmain , Assetsmain etc and then do a verification. Steam will then create fresh new folders for each of them and reinstall what is missing ? Then its just a case of slowly installing the problem routes and checking as you go. Correct ?chrisreb wrote:gmanfield wrote:Chrisreb gave me this advice some time ago: -
1. Re-name Assets folder (e.g. AssetsM or AssetsMain)
2. Verify local files on Steam - this will create a brand new assets folder.
3. Install route assets and any required rolling stock.
4. You will probably find the route now runs
5. If so then you can swap between the Asset sets by simply renaming the folders i.e. Assets to Assets something else and the AssetsMain back to Assets.
6. Later, having ensured you keep a backup, you could add other problem routes to the new Asset set.
7. If it mucks it up just reinstate the backup.
Yep - advice still good - tried just a separate Kuju folder which works with many other routes but these ones need a full separate Asset folder and perhaps content folder.
