AP announces HST MTU Pro Soundpack

Post by michaeldono »

The Armstrong Powerhouse has just announced that the MTU-engined HST will be the next pro soundpack to be released. I think this will be a must have, seeing as most HSTs are engined with these now.

My question is, how did he know that's what I really wanted?

Oh for a valenta version! Suspect getting hold of the prototype for a day is a little trickier

+1 for Valenta to go with a nice British Rail blue grey scheme or early Intercity :D

The AP Valenta sounds are very good already IMHO. I think I'm right in saying its only the New Measurement Train that still has Valentas, or have they gone too?

Back OT, I'm sure they will be great, but not sure I drive MTUs very much.

Santy knows what EVERYONE wants  And very good choice for Mr. Armstrong to do, I agree it's a must have for all HST fans (which is most of us anyway). So it's sure to be a good success, especially if it's as good, if not better, than his latest works (Electrostar and Class 37)

All 3 NMT Power Cars have been fitted with MTU engines. :)
