Hi everybody, me again with yet another small problem hopefully.
yesterday, with alot of help from guys on the Forum, I installed the following Diesel cw_wsmr_67010.
Having now got it up and running I notice the the small throttle percentage display 13. 25 38.50 etc. at bottom of Cabview is not there.
Is there a way of Displaying this Please.
Many thanks

Re: Throttle Percentage View Please
Hi,
Easy way round it if you have BIN installed, tap F5 once.
If you prefer the faffing way then if I recall correctly it's something to do with modifying something in the cabview file, but I don't remember what exactly.
A search of the forums should reveal more, or someone may well give you the answer.

Re: Throttle Percentage View Please
You have to define the Throttle Lever in the CV file.Look at the default Dash9 for a sample entry.

Hi Gerard, thanks for reply.GerardFiennes wrote:You have to define the Throttle Lever in the CV file.Look at the default Dash9 for a sample entry.
I am using Diesel cw_wsmr_67010 but a little confused. Is it the Cab CVF or engine CVF that I need to alter.
Thanks
Paul

Re: Throttle Percentage View Please
Hi Paul,
It's in the cabview file, which may be in the loco's CABVIEW folder or in a folder within the common.cab folder in TRAINSET. Have a look in the loco's eng file for the Cabview entry - if it's xxxxx.cvf then it's in the loco's CABVIEW folder; if it's ..\\..\\common.cab\\yyyyy\\xxxxx.cvf, it's in folder yyyyy within common.cab.
Cheers,
Ged
There's only one cvf file, mateIs it the Cab CVF or engine CVF that I need to alter.

Ged
