Package manager Problem

I've been trying to install the British Tramway Route but whenever I select it this errors comes up:

I have verified cache and it's still not fixed.

Try using 7zip to extract the contents of the .rwp file and manually copy the folders over

It says that it cannot open the file and that there's an error.

I think you may have a bad download, as I have just tried the above myself with no problems. I suggest you try downloading the file again
