I think that would be a mistake, personally - there should be DB Eurofima coaches included too

There will be German Tauri, but no German Eurofimas. There are already so many German carriages (VR Eurofima and lots of freeware repaints and Eurofimas) that we don't think there is much point in including these.

Instead there will be a buffet car, something that is still missing for the European market.

Kind regards

Stefan

hi stephan Thank you for your replay. To me it is less about cars but whether there is also a German version of the Taurus? Which can be used with the three countries corner scenarios. Or are there only OEBB and SBB Taurus versions? g'ice

AFAIK prototypically DB's Tauri (I think a total of only 25) are virtually only used for freight duties. IIRC originally there were supposed to be 25 more BR152s, but they weren't allowed into Austria, and DB Cargo therefore purchased 25 Taurus instead.

@ice. Yes we will include the BR182 as well. As you may know, the Tauri going into Switzerland have some modifications to them. We are currently looking into that to see if it is feasible to model those. If so the scenarios into Switzerland would be driven with the modified Taurus locos only (as in the real world).

Just a quick update to the DB 182's -
these have now been transferred to DB Regio and can be found on passenger trains around Dresden & Leipzig including 182.004 in Porsche livery

The coaches that are available form Virtual Railroads seem to fit the bill.

Also DB & CD Eurofima coaches are available from Rail-Sim.De
