Isle Of Wight TS2012 upgrade.

Post by pendolinobasher »

Has IOW been upgraded to TS2012 standard yet or has RSC still to do it??

If it hasn't been done yet does that mean the Rail Simulator logo will dissappear from the loading screen??

Are those the only two options available to RSC? After all, they could take the view that its not necessary or worthwhile from a business perspective to upgrade it to 2012 standards.

Not much use to those of us with the JT RS version if they did, though...

It'd be nice if the drivers view in the 0-4-0 was corrected
For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it ;-)

Plus it rains on some of the activities so rain on the windscreen wouldn't go a miss.

Oh I see it now, OK. I thought it was supposed to be a shadow from the rail

Not as noticeable though as the junctions with near black ballast though...

It would be nice to have an upgrade with some lighting effects added, manual blinds maybe, but if anything I think the annoying track sounds could be done again! Maybe some clunks of the controls and louder engine whines added?
