This is great news, i thought this project had been mothballed, shame the money i had put aside for this route as now long since been spent no money now until May looks like i will be skint in May, as i have still to buy Woodhead route and of course this would not be complete without the class 77.

Is there any chance JT could make a DBSO? this would add to the vast array of stock that could be used on this great route.

Given the time period its set, No DBSO will be made for the route Push pull is still a bit off yet in RW terms even though its doable to an extent.

Reasons we still havent seen a MK3 DVT

We have had a HST/class 43 DVT for close over two years however

Isn't that just an ordinary HST power unit though? Trains with a power unit at each end (such as an ICE-1 or HST) is no problem, it is having an unpowered DVT that is a problem, AFAIK.

There's a DVT version included with Oovee's HST Buffers pack. Others have also said that it is possible to set one up; I think there's a German driving trailer available as well?

I know of the German driving trailer. But are the Oovee HST DVTs really set up as unpowered DVTs in the .bin files, or are they just ordinary HST powercars? (remember the buffer-fitted powercars were used as makeshift DVTs with Class 91s for a short period around 1990, before the Mk4 rakes were complete - although they then operated under full power).

They are ordinary HSTs without the engine sounds as far as I know

To be honest i'm a bit surprised and gutted that RSC haven't sorted out the DVT compatability issue properly yet :-? . It would create even more scope for scenario's on WCML-N, and i think that (for me) a DVT is a piece of rolling stock that TS2012 is really missing. Please sort it RSC.

I am really looking forward to Scottish East Coast Mainline, the Forth Bridge model looks fantastic! :o

As a customer of Just Flight products, as well as JT, I have purchased countless items over the years and have accrued my reward points accordingly, therefore, I can obtain anything that appeals to me, I can buy some aircraft if I wish, which wouldn't have any effect on the Rail simming community whatsoever, the rewards points are for all valued customers of JF & JT, it's called good marketing practice and customer service, and JT are at the forefront with their policy which is important in these times of economic hardship, I don't need a carrot on a stick to make a purchasing decision all the time, it's quality that I look for and if I am offered a 'thank you' reward by the company for spending my money with them, then, I'm even more likely to return in the future. Quality products and a discount every time, what more do ya want?

I wonder, wasn't Fife circle included to the route when it was beging building? I was kinda waiting for that, as i have played Simsig Edinburgh-simulation thru few times... :)
Anyways, i'm a buyer...at some point. Good work from Just Trains...and Mully :D

Like other's I'm eagerly looking forward to this. In fact I've come to the conclusion that this will be in priority to the S&C line from RSC [No Hellifield :( ]

Justtrains do seem to have a very high customer service, and i love the loyality point system especially as the content appears no more expensive that other suppliers!

If it is, then three stations are missing from the route somewhere. As I can only count 19 stations between Waverley and Dundee, including Perth and Invergowrie.

*Edit* One possibility is that the Fife Circle is included, but stations and scenery only present to Cowdenbeath, perhaps. That would enable services to reverse there and return back to Waverley.
