Birthday: DarkDJ

Post by darkdj »

Probably Blowing my own Trumpet here, but here goes...

Today is a Massive Day for me, as I have hit the big 2-1.

21 Years I have infected this planet with disgust, randomness and general ignorance, and it's also been two years since I began Railworking, and almost 7 years since I first tried MSTS. I beleive I have been a mamber of this forum for just under 3 years now, too, and I hope I have expressed some honest opinions and given help and enjoyment to some others too during my time here!

I had also been waiting 14 years to go to the National Railway Museum (My Father promised me he would take me when I was 7), and now, I have finally been, and even seen some of the Locomotives that are avaliable in RW, as well as some I have always wanted to see.

So, not sure if Birthday Threads exist on this forum much, but seeing as it's a pretty big one on my part, I thought i'd have a little shout about it!

Cheers, Everyone! :new-bday:

Give it another 15 years or so and you can compete with me!

Have a very Dark Birthday DJ :)

21? Just over a couple of weeks ago I crossed that mark

Started RailSimming two days after its release in Oct 2007. Been on UKTS for over 6 years. When/how I first encountered you I can't remember, but yeah, always good to see what you're up to. Main friend on Steam, subbed on YouTube and FaceWaste.

Saw your vid of NER 66 Aerolite on the turntable at York. Inspiration for Thomas' friend Whiff the Garbage Engine

Cheers back to ya mate :drinking:
