Class 66 Owner Logos

Hi folks
I feel this question may have been asked before but a scan through past threads has not given me an answer.
I recently downloaded from Steam the RW Class 66 pack & it has installed OK (I think)
In the included scenarios, the locomotives appear in their respective liveries as supplied but with no logos, EWS, Freightliner etc.
Is this a copyright issue, I seem to remember 4mm models having some issue of this kind or have I just not got a complete install?

Yes, it is copyright and they are not included. There are many, many quality reskins in the library here though.

If it is a copyright issue that they were not included then how is it that reskins are not covered by the copyright issue?

Quite simply, no money is being made from them hence why certain vendors release branded versions themselves as a latter download. There is no official line from TOC's, but this has been well discussed on here and the same methods have been used for years.
