To any fans of WCML-N

Post by firetrap1 »

I present a class 87 cab ride out of London Euston (albeit in real life). This is truly a hidden gem on YouTube.

Nice find, I particularly like the grunginess of the tracks leaving Euston, pity it cant be re-created in RW's? Always looks too clinical to me.

More of an extension that might appear in a few years if I ever get a chance to return to it. :(

Nice one, I love cab ride vids! That one is unique as it looks like it's filmed from a head-cam on the driver! Most cab vids are either shot from the secondmans side or from a tripod at the back. That one is a true drivers eye view.

This one is mounted as well. Notice in the first long tunnel there is a reflection of the driver in the windshield, so you can see the camera is not on his head. It is a very nice view, nonetheless, and a great video.

Good one Chris, I have seen it before actually when I was searching for Class 87's to remember how to drive them in expert mode. He didn't toot much at the PW staff did he, those at Willesden Freightliner Terminal never heard him coming, tut tut.

Cheerz. Transport Steve.

You know you have a problem when you're disapponted that the video is a real life 87 and not a Railworks one!

The Euston end of the WCML would be a great addition to RW!
