List with updated/not updated DLCs
Hello,
Does someone know if there is a special "list" with info about what RW add-ons are already updated to RW3/TS2012 standards and what are still waiting? I have mass of content bought and sometimes I'm abs. not sure if Clacc 47 was updated already or not... when trying to download new skins from UKTS for example... Checking with the game itself is not always easy and fast. Maybe RS team has such list or someone else is doing on his own?
Thx

Re: List with updated/not updated DLCs
There needs to be a list somewhere as I have said before so we know what has been done and also what is not going to be done. As customers we have a right to know these things so we can sort out what is worth buying or not. There seems to have been very little updated if you do not include all the Default Stock and the new stuff. IMHO. The RSC 67 may not be updated so we then have to buy the Just Trains one. This is fine if you have not got the RSC Version.
Thanks for the list link. Why has everything got to be on Facebook? I never use it.
We still need to know what is being updated in the Future.
Kind regards James.

The updated stuff has the TS2012 'swoosh' in the Steam store.

Re: List with updated/not updated DLCs
One of my favourite packs is the Isle of Wight pack. This doesn't appear to have been updated yet (if it ever will be - I hope so).
Does anyone know whether the updated packs originally bought from Railsimulator.com have to be purchased outright yet again if we want enhanced versions for Railworks 3? I only ask because I already bought the IoW pack twice already (for Rail Simulator, then Railworks because the upgraded pack boasted enhancements for Railworks). I'd be happy to pay an upgrade fee (especially as we've been given a wonderful Railworks upgrade for free) but I have so many RSDL packs and I simply cannot afford to renew them all.
Thanks in advance for anyone who knows.

If you bought it for RailWorks (i.e. through Steam) then any updates will apply automatically. If you bought it for RailWorks from Just Trains, you'll have to download any updates from their website.

That's great to know - thank you! I know the original IoW I bought direct from railsimulator.com in the days when you could buy direct, but I *think* I bought the Railworks version through Steam. Other packs I definitely bought through Steam and am now glad I did.

Re: List with updated/not updated DLCs
Does it really matter whether the information's hosted on facebook.com or on DLC-upgraded-to-ts2012-spec.com? All you're doing is clicking a link, which you're free to save to your favourites and occasionally check if you so wish. As someone else said, the updated content has the TS2012 banner on the icons anyway, it's not like RSC are making it hard to know if the DLC's been updated or not.andynwt wrote:Because a lot of people do, and it's a good system for keeping people updated on what's going on.Retro wrote:Why has everything got to be on Facebook?
