Ahh! Thanks you for the videos! :)

Joe, some very interesting footage! :)

And addition information Geoff. :)

Current cab situation...I hope you can make heads and tales of it.

Trying to work out how/what the steam manifold works and looks like. If anyone has any cab shots feel free to send them over! :)

Cheers,
Mike

Thanks Tom.

I think we managed to work out what goes where. This is the Steam brake only variant. So, I still need to make a vac brake. That will be fun. :)

Mike

Lookin good, what with all the different Aussie's about now each one will undoubtedly be different, but even though I was comparing your cab to Repulse's cab at Haverthwaite, it looks right.

Two things though do catch my eye, you dont have any valve handles on the steam & clack valves for the injectors? And what about vacumn brake system, you dont appear to have one, just the loco brake?

Steam brake version only, so far Rob

Check the model in his sig. It has no brake pipes.

All looking good - including cab - I have a few photos of Royal Engineer's cab - IoW air braked, of course!

1st Place - British Railway Livery
2nd Place - LNER Livery
3rd Place - Longmoor Military Railway Blue livery
4th Place - War Department Olive Green Livery
5th Place - A tie with several liveries, this means a poll will have to be conducted in order to find out which livery will take 5th place :) I will set that up shortly

I'm delighted to see the Longmoor livery in there!! One of the finest locomotive liveries ever IMO!

A nice selection of liveries there. Given the sheer number out there, would it be possible to supply some plain texture files and shadows as a bit of a reskinning kit?

A reskinning competition would be fun for this loco.

Thats A great idea bdy, it satisfies us by giving us many many liveries, it satisfies the reskinner, pleased by their work and it also saves Mike and Edward time, giving them more to concentrate on other projects
