Does anyone know if the physics updates originally made for the RailSimulator 166s work in RW3?

I would be inclined not to use those as-is; both the blueprints and the sounds have changed since. The brakes have irritated me enough to look at them myself anyway, so I guess I'll probably end up doing something at some point... I'd like to know if my 325 PBC is raildriver proof yet first though.
