I did mate, nothing showing although I do have them installed. In the scenario itself, even the Fastline box is not ticked.

Other than the mad random brakes, I haven't seen anything particularily wrong with it yet. Can probably just dump the 325 script in though, I'll try it later.
My posts are my opinion, and should be read as such.

I've just completed the inbound commute scenario. Just goes to show the power of a good scenario, I normally shy away from scenarios featuring units, default routes and default stock. This scenario featured all 3 and I loved it!! The time and season were so atmospheric I was mesmerised, starting in dusky daylight and finishing in near darkness, amazing to watch the world gently change from day to night in one scenario. I also had the pleasure of seeing the station lighting switch on at 18:00 whilst at a station stop. Lesson learned there that the atmosphere of a scenario is more important than whether or not it features one of your favourite locos. The 166 would be near the bottom of my loco interest pile but nevertheless thoroughly enjoyed it. Made even better by the fact I had the house to myself and the volume cranked up to stupid levels!

Thanks fella, glad you enjoyed it. There is another one to add to the earlier ones.

I've downloaded the previous 3, great work keep it up, goes to show you don't need tons of pay ware to make a great scenario, others should take note!

I've run two of these so far. Very nice. Greatly appreciate the idea and implementation. I hate to follow my praise with a request, but anyone want to offer some freight scenarios along these lines? :-)

Now, with all due respect, I think that's a rather unfair observation, especially towards those folks who share their work by providing the best -most realistic- scenarios for others to enjoy. They use the stock that best fits the operations portrayed, be it freeware or payware, it would be silly not to do so.

We must remember that they owe you nothing. If you want to play them, you can always spend a couple of minutes swapping stock with RW Tools, anyway.

I myself have been lucky enough as to test many of them for Darren, and would like to say thanks again for his generosity, but I would also like to encourage him to continue producing them - using whatever stock he deems necessary.

Regards

And he will certainly be continuing them, using what payware is necessary.

I truly appreciated any effort that scenario creators make whether they use pay ware or freeware and it's very important to encourage both, but my comment was made in keeping with the thread topic.

I'll probably regret this as it's heading towards "don't feed the troll" territory, but...

No it wasn't, if it was there would have been no need to make any comment about payware. You could have just left it at making a comment about encouraging the use of freeware items rather than trying to ignite yet another futile freeware/payware/both battle.
