Barclays verified by visa online

Hi
The last week or so, i've been noticing this page no longer
shows the receipt or requesting your password. The page just displays a processing bar and transaction complete. Phoning up the Barclays advisors, they tell me due to a lot of complaints they changed how this works and the password only comes up if fraudulent transactions apply. I'm not happy with the advisors answers by phone and will be going to my local branch to clear up a few things. I'm wondering if anyone else has notice this and feels that its more unsafe without your personal password.

I too have also noticed this page vanished. Personally, I prefer it, as sometimes I purchase off of my phone and sometimes it wouldn't display, haulting my purchase. So much better imo.

Yes it may cause some inconvenience but unauthorize usage may increase. I feel more secure knowing I also have to enter a password which randomize the letters and numbers. Rather than stop/change
it, they should have gave the customer the option plus it would of been nice of them to let the customer know of the change before hand. Hopefully my concerns will end by tomorrow.
