Railworks asset pictorial library
Hi
I've noticed that there have been 5 files uploaded to the main site with unusually long file names, spaced out with underscores. This has the result of 'stretching' out the width of the main site, forcing me to scroll across. My main browser is Chrome and I have checked the site on Firefox, IE, Opera and Safari and they both have the same problem with the stretching.
Is this is a problem at my end or is this a general issue?
Thanks.

Same for me, I'm on my desktop pc which has a big screen to start off with, but even then it's stretched out.photons66 wrote:Hi

Re: Railworks asset pictorial library
Same here - would it have anything to do with the use of underscores rather than spaces as that tends to cause things to be treated as one single word rather than various?

I decided to look at the home page on my smart phone and it seems like I was scrolling for ages to get to the other side of the page!

Hi All,
For information, for what it's worth every thing was fine (logged in or logged out) before File ID 27306 was up loaded to the downloads page.
Good luck
Doug

Re: Railworks asset pictorial library
It's the underscores what did it. Make the titles one word.
The poster needs to edit the title to remove the underscores.

Re: Railworks asset pictorial library
Don't think the mods have access to the library.
Only Pete, Matt or the uploader can fix it.

Home page now 'wide screen'?
I haven't changed anything but when I open the UKTS home page now it is in 'wide screen' and I have to drag the bar across the bottom from left to right to log in and doesn't change when I do? However when I go to all the other sub-pages (Download Library, New Files etc.) it goes back to fit my monitor screen.
This is the same in Firefox 6.0.2 & Internet Explorer 8 - am I alone here??

Traveller54, it's not just you. I was on the website last night & thought it was odd.

Re: Home page now 'wide screen'?
3 threads merged into 1 since they all refer to the same issue. The long filenames on some files have forced the screen to render wider than normal. It has been seen before and is apparently automatic.
Kindest regards

Re: Home page now 'wide screen'?
There also seems to be a problem with the download counter - all recent files added to the library are showing 0 downloads - which is hardly likely. (I downloaded several myself, but the counter remained at 0.
