hi guys,i built a sim route and operated it before with a german sim company software,i now need to build a dock to dock scinario in railworks2 ,i like the big layout,wheres the library(ooops well i am 65)i have already planned it and i need aprt from trains,trucks with skellys,loaded and unloaded,ships containers,more trucks and buildings for the docks,give me a clue.

You might want to look at what Doncaster Works and Falmouth Branch give you. Doncaster has a lot of shunting stuffl (including conflats and a Class 03) and buildings for a large mechanical shop, and Falmouth has a dock area with various ships and dock buildings (plus a couple of small steam locos).

That is, of course, if you can stomach paying for them. It looks like you've just missed the big Steam DLC Sale for this half of the year.

If those don't suit you, perhaps someone else can suggest some freeware assets.

well thats a start where do i get the container ships and cranes to fit on the dock,OH AND THANKS!

aha ive found it .thank you,and another site that will help me out,oooo,waiting for my railworks software now,should have bought it from steam,i will keep in touch and hopefully have it going.THANK YOU

i have just been going through the vids,does anybody know where i can get a harbour like that in train sim-engineers edition WOW WITH SHIP TO SHORE CRANES,in railworks.

There should be *some* cranes included in Falmouth, although they will be of the older and smaller type due to the era involved. If they're not there, there was definitely one included in Project Platform (aka Phorum Peninsula). There is also a container loading crane in the default content, although this would not reach out to a ship.

I don't know whether a big modern shipping crane is available for Railworks - I haven't seen one. However, if you ask nicely in the Scenic Item Creation forum, someone might like to make one for you, or be able to point to one that already exists.
