You don't need one, I was perfectly able to view it without having an account. Just go to http://www.facebook.com/railsimulator?sk=wall

You do not actually need a FB account to read the announcement and the OP has basically copied all there was anyway.

It is very encouraging to see that Paul has referred us back to his earlier expectations from the update. He must be confident that what he said then is still applicable

Great news.

Could somone reel off the changes that Paul has mentioned here on the forums earlier? My memory seems to have forsaken them.
Multiplayer and something with the lighting is all I recall.

I would also point point out that a major announcement isn't going to be solely confined to their facebook, thats just stupid.It will be posted on their main website in a new entry like the past updates, and since it is the main update to all the stuff they been working on the past year or so I very much doubt they would keep it just to a mere facebook announcement.
