Great move Mike! I purchased this a while back and have been thoroughly pleased with it, and even as a paying customer I say your release of it as freeware is a move to be applauded by all, and it is a move sure to bring in extra customers.

After all, I've well and truly got my money's worth from it already so why does it matter to me if other people are now getting it for free?
Further to that, I think this move is something that should be imitated by RS.com with some of their oldest items.

I can confirm this is correct, extract the RAR file's contents and you'll find a .rwp file and a PDF manual.

Can you walk us through exactly what you did? In case you got a bad download (could be your software, your internet connection or the download serve causing this) the size should have been 78.2 MiB.
