Mainly taken to feature the 8F sounds but show off how the route is looking as well!

8F 48773 Clanks and pounds it's way along the Severn Valley. The sounds are work in progress! The route is under development for release in the near future. Still early days as can be seen from the video. For more info on the SVR see my signature.

The sounds are a test ready to attach to Ben's LMS Red 8F 8624, when he's finished it for the forthcoming 'TS2012 Optimized' GCR.

Looking great Matt! The area around Arley is spot on, although I would suggest that there is perhaps slightly less vegetation on the embankment, or at least it is lower as it is regularly cut back. Great to see progress being made, keep it up!

I can't speak for everyone but I promise you the interest is there for this from my end Matt!

I've heard your project mentioned a couple of times around the railway since you started so I can promise you that there at the very least several SVR volunteers that are excited to see what our beloved railway looks like in RW3. I understand that it is a big undertaking for you but I hope you stick with it, the GCR makes it clear to everyone just what you are capable of.

Don't know that well but I really think this is a project to keep up to finish I have started in TS2012 but I plan to add the coalyard track in using 2ft track good luck ,jake, yes Andy is right its a shame RS site haven't asked for it as they could do with it good luck

Hi All

I haven't done much on this lately. But I've been chipping away at Trimpley Reservoir - between Northwood and Arley.



Still a lot to do to be happy with this area. It's so difficult trying to draw the line between more detail and less detail! I mean, how much detail is really necessary?! Sometimes I get bogged down with trying to match sections of the line to pictures I have before realising that the average end user won't know that there should be a kink in the fence there! Or, I'm sure there is more/less foliage here!! I need to learn to not get so carried away with detail!

Kris - who's building the auto coach for RW's - has agreed to come on board and make some bits of rolling stock for the line, starting with the railway's GWR observation saloon! Hopefully he'll be along soon to show us his progress.....................he's a busy lad though, so, he may not have started yet!
