Roll on RW3. Should look brilliant.

Once I've done North Norfolk I'll be in touch with you regarding the challenge.

I'm also in Swanage at the start of next month prior to the gala. Any hopes of catching you there?

It turns out a confirmed guest is the GCR N2. I'll be having RW flashbacks.
Thanks, im looking forward to RW3 too.

Not sure about Swanage, might be able to get down there one weekend before I go perhaps?

Just so you know, the TDRS "Special Episode 1 / The Visitors" has been reuploaded for your viewing displeasure!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-NIae9oOk8

Sorry if y'all have already seen this.

I';m currently working on a "History and Construction" video for the Railway, then I'll start some behind the scenes and other things before Series Two.

Cheers,

Dark.

Nice one Dark. Keep working on that script.

A bit of a stunner regarding Swanage. Along with the N2, we have none other than the false A4 4492 guesting this time :o :D

Both rather foreign for the area, but bound to be brilliant nonetheless. :)

I think I'll be there from the first weekend next month and staying throughout the week.

Calling all reskinners!

I have again decided the time is ripe to request a very cheeky request!

I am looking for the following reskins to be done, if possible. Anyone kind enough to have a go at any of these will recieve a special mention in this series, as well as on the website:

Reskin No 1: BR Black Five No 45101 "Dave" in BR Green/BR Black

A Green "Black Five" with a Late BR Logo tender (if the below cannot be done), with a simple nameplate reading "Dave" (Black Background, White Writing)

If possible, a reskinned tender bearing the legend "Dark Railway" would also be lovely, as the photoshop below shows...:

Image

Reskin No 2: BR Standard 4MT Tank No 80010 "Brian" in BR Black (Or even, eventually, BR Green!)

This one is less important, but if there is a way to incorporate a Nameplate to DT's Standard 4MT Tank, a simple one with the word "Brian" attatched is again appreciated for the future development of the Series. (Black Background, White Writing)

Reskin No 3: BR Class 47 No 47527 "Raymond" in BR Green/BR Blue/NSE

A Class 47 reskin with a Nameplate reading "Raymond", again with Black Background and White Writing. If possible, for a BR Green version and a BR Blue Version. (And, if anyone is feeling ever so Generous, an early livery NSE nameplate too)

This is only a kind request, if they cannot be done, no worries, I am only enquiring, and I am aware that I am being incredibly cheeky asking for all of this, as I cannot currently think of a way to pay any contributers back, besides their reskins appearing in the Series as pride and joys!

By the way, Series 2 is now in Production! Scripts are now being written, and video production will begin when RW3 is out!

Many thanks to all fans of the series,

Dark.

Haha, if only! To be honest, I prefer the standard smokebox doors, makes the series a little bit different, compared to TTTE and TBRWS.

That reminds me, Ive got a character for you to voice in the TDRS Upcoming Movie!

How is "Hunter the Shunter" sounding to you? :D

Catchy  I like a bit of creativity in a title.

Indeed I am S Hunter  'O the indignity!"

Any idea on the locomotive yet? A nice familiar Hawthorn from my place of work perhaps? Therefore a Brummie accent? Assuming I'm male

Saw Asbestos in steam last week.

Well you can choose the voice, seeing as I want you to voice him!

And yes, he will indeed be a Hawthorn Leslie, perhaps the Blue one from the Saddle Tank pack? or maybe Gold? ...

Uy'll doo me reg'lur voice then

Translated roughly as I'll do my regular voice

I've never been sure on the 'gold' 0-4-0 in that pack, what livery is it supposed to be  A bit of weathering could improve it a bit.

Anyway I like the blue better. Blue's been my fav colour mainly, probably from Thomas. Also Bagnall 0-4-0 2648 Linda's blue.

Or the green one?

But I cant really use that model, as the Green andrew barclay is becoming another character in the series, "Sapper".

Voicing with Rhys? Already got competition  Indeed you sound a lot like him, not surprising since you're inspired partly by his work.

Was EraSlayer Dan the Diesel's voicer? He's the only other voice I've so far heard in this series and he sounded very appropriately sinister.
