I don't know if MSTS Screen Resizer is still available for download in this file library. Because of asking is that I searched through and don't see with that name. Maybe this file is no longer available or removed by the author. If you know the name of the zip file and that would be great.

Your help would be appreciated

I've not used it myself, but think the program you want is called msts-scrz.
