Within minutes from my own experience.

Re: Premium membership question
May I qualify Peter's answer.......I believe the month is credited when the CD order is processed, not within minutes of the order being placed. And orders are usually processed within a day or so....and I'm sure you'll get an email advising you when things happen.

Re: Premium membership question
Hi Doug & tguppy5.
Recently I wanted the RW Central route which would have taken 4hrs, plus queue time, for me to get on non premium.
So as I usually do I ordered a disk I didn't have, this time it was "Burton Derby 1950's V2".
Now then, as soon as I had put my credit card away I had free premium membership for a month.
Seven minutes later I was running the Central route. It is as quick as that now.
Hope this helps CU Eric.

Re: Premium membership question
The question is probably best directed to support@atomic-systems.com
I know when I buy stuff and pay via RBS Worldpay the premium goes on immediately. I believe with cheque payments it takes a few days since it is a manual process.
However, I don't see any recent orders from the original poster so if he thinks he has ordered it needs to be raised with support.
Before anybody asks - the people who answer questions in the support desk see the order confirmations amongst all the other tickets and emails but all payment details are only visible to the merchant bank who advise UKTS when payment has been received.

Re: Premium membership question
I must admit I may have been getting confusedI believe the month is credited when the CD order is processed, not within minutes of the order being placed
I think I was thinking more about when I purchase a months premium membership, then it is credited soon after, as I usually check to see. Although I am still fairly certain that when I have purchased a CD in the past the membership has been credited the same day, as again I usually check!!

Re: Premium membership question
To repeat myself - payments made via the RBS Worldpay card handling go on straight away - RBS Worldpay are the merchant bankers for UKTS.
If you pay by cheque or postal order it is a manual process so when the accountant gets the payment the premium is added.
I have verified this tonight with one of the system admins.
