East Somerset Railway

Post by kevpotts »

Hi

Looking at some of the videos/screenshots...the revised loco effects seem stunning, but one thing which is making me hold back from purchase is that all locos seem to be driverless! Is this the case for anyone who has this route?

Cheers

I dont have the route yet but the screens I have seen have the default driver fireman. I wish someone could give us some variety in crews, it spoils the realism to see every steam loco with the same crew on the footplate.

Thanks. My only reservtion was that the utube videos I'd seen had empty footplates!

The video shows them with-out as it was done before I added them, it's the last thing I do as the only way to do it is by going into the asset folder and edited the *.xml file instead of the original soruce. Sorry about that! I would create new crews but I can't as my knowlage of modelling people and animating them is way out of my reach at the moment! :(

Cheers,
Mike

Mike

Thanks. I did wonder, because the effects seem so good that I couldn,t believe you'd miss out a detail like the crew!
