"Castle Rock n Roll" & "The Long Haul" scenarios available

Post by LoneWolfDon »

Greetings Drivers.
I have created two new scenarios that make use of default RailWorks trainsets / stock and routes.

You can download them for free from my site, http://www.rryard.com/ , in the Routes and Scenarios section there.
Files should also be available from the UKTrainSim Library once approved.

"Castle Rock n Roll" scenario for the Castle Rock Railroad route:

Scenario info:
Approximate level of difficulty is Easy.
Approximate time to complete is around 40 minutes.

Scenario Briefing: There's a Rock Concert in Monument today. You will be starting at Castle Rock. Attach your engine to a consist of passengers-cars then pick up waiting passengers there. Proceed to LarkSpar to pick up more passengers, then continue to your final destination in Monument. There may be some surprises along the way, so stay alert.

"The Long Haul" scenario for the Barstow to San Bernardino route:

Scenario info:
Approximate level of difficulty is Hard.
Approximate time to complete is around 2 hours.

Scenario Briefing: You'll be starting at Oro Grande and will first connect to a second engine. You will then proceed to pick up three loose consists of hoppers (the first consist is 5 green coal-hoppers that need to be loaded, the second consist is 10 fully loaded brown cement hoppers and the third consist is 10 fully loaded white cement hoppers) to make a complete train of 27 train-cars in length (counting the engines) then deliver them to your destination in San Bernardino.
============================================

Enjoy! :)
