A hump in bredbury.
having just left brinnington tunnel 2 4fs work up the hill towards romiley.
for those not too familiar with the location, the motorway on the decals is junction 24 (Bredbury) on the m60. still very much WIP as far as the scenery is concerned but the terrain here is finished. these shots pretty much sum up the terrain difficulties that i have been faced with. most of the route from stockport up to new mills has required a massive amount of hand carving using 1.25000 500mx500m os decals, (bear in mind that the route was started with the 90m nasa dems). it will become a bit clearer as to why this was required a little later when i move back up towards new mills. more shots to follow soon .

Here's what I've been upto for 2 hours today..
Refurbished Grand Central HST set. Numbers include 43423, 43465, 43467, 43468, 43480 & 43484.
The powercars look like this:

Coaches B, C & D look like this:

The E Buffet. I've decided to leave it unbranded due to the complicated texture layout:

Coaches F & G look like this:

I've also started to produce the final V2 update for my FGW Neon Lines 47/57/MK3a Pack, here's progress so far:
The TGS looks like this at the moment. New features to the paint scheme include new yellow bogie springs, recoloured brake piping, new wheel textures, and new coach end. That's all so far. Although the downside is I can't release it publicly as I have used Oovee's Class 43 HST Wheel texture. If I swap it back to default then I can release. I may speak to Oovee and see if they'll give me permission to release using the texture:

I've started to apply First Class Branding to the TRFB, and TFO's:

That's about it for now....

If it helps, I've noticed that on the model of the same train the blue goes closer to the edge? (not saying that the model is 100 % accurate of course but just trying to help
)

Yeah, the blue should go more toward the cab. i.e. it's not just a replacement for Virgin red.

You might also want to tone down the specular map a little bit too. Nice colours though, well done!
Also liking the GC HST set and the dynamic lines trailers Will.

Very nice pictures
Something from me, although I think I'm going to hate trees at the end of this route though! (then again it doesn't help that the other route that I'm doing there are a lot of trees near caterham

Cool I can't wait for this, and by the looks of thing it's going to be out well before Just Trains one which appears a bit like the Tilting Voyager to have made no progress at all for some time now
