I've been playing an activity in which I take a coal train from Oxford to the powerstation at Didcot and can't unload the coal hoppers. How do I unload them?
Any help would be appreciated, Doug

Doug,
Have you tried pressing 'T' with the wagon over the unloading point? As I recall that's all there is to it.

Hi,
I just experienced exactly the same problem in a similar scenario at Didcot power station. Neither the "t" button or clicking the icon over the wagon worked. I finally got the wagons to empty by using the load/unload button on the F4 display.
Hope this helps.
All the best,
Dave

Have you reported this to RS.Com via their support email address ?dilflat wrote:I just experienced exactly the same problem in a similar scenario at Didcot power station. They do read the forums but may or may not pick up on this post. All problems ought to be reported direct to ensure they get looked at.
Kindest regards

I think (and as far as I'm aware this isn't actually documented anywhere) you need to press shift+t to unload wagons. You also need to be stationary (or very nearly so) when unloadingAndyUK wrote:Doug,

I thought I read somewhere you used 'SHIFT+T' to unload freight and 'T' to load.

For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it

I will probably play around a bit first and try to re-create the problem with some core content and perhaps at a different location. The scenario in question was a third party one so it would help RS.com if I can give them a little more info.Easilyconfused wrote:Have you reported this to RS.Com via their support email address ?dilflat wrote:I just experienced exactly the same problem in a similar scenario at Didcot power station. Hey guys,
I used the dashboard screen and clicked on the icon and that worked for me.
Cheers, Dougie
