Login info
Hi, I tried to login to the UKTS website and it said "Login Failed, Try Again" and I tried to login again and it kept saying the same message. Is there anything you can do to fix this?

Re: Login info
It looks as if the server has thrown another wobbly!
Unfortunately, UKTrainSimLive is at Brighton Model World this weekend, so there may well be a delay in sorting the problem out!

Re: Login info
I got login failed on my old password, so ordered a new one which worked straightaway... except that neither works on the CD ordering page...

I've managed to login and it didn't say "Login Failed, Try Again"
Re: Login info
Changing your password seems to do the trick... for a day. I'm a bit fed up with changing mine.

Re: Login info
In the past few months, I have had to log in each time I visit UKTrainsim, even if I have ticked the box saying stay logged in. This makes no difference and I usually have to log in again.
Today for the first time. I logged in as usual and got the message that after several attempts, you failed to log in. Please type in your username and password and a code, which is jumbled up letters/numbers, which are hard to define. After several attempts to get the code to accept, I finally got logged in. Then blow me, I tried to get in again later and had to go through the whole procedure again. There is obviously something wrong, if the site won't recognise registered members user names and password, which I have had ever since joining UKTrainsim, eight years ago.
Can someone at Admin please look into this, as it is becoming rather annoying everytime I want to visit the forums or the site in general.

Until whoever it is stops the repeated attacks, then we're all going to have to be patient.....
And its not just us who's getting the problem. It appears to be other phpBB forum sites as well

Re: Login info
The "change my info" bit is only displayed when you are logged in - not exactly the most helpful system

Re: Login info
Hello All,
I had a problem logging into the forums this morning, for the first time, also the download page, later managed the download page but not the former!
Managed to log into the forums a few hours later but only after having to enter a series of letters and numbers generated by the site! (After about six attempts).
Have sent an email to the admin section and generated a ticket.
