I'm on railworks 2, how exactly to change the time of scenario in world editor ? can't find it anywhere, plus is it possible to convert an electric loco to diesel then how ?

Double-click the scenario marker to set the time. For the engine, open the simulation blueprint and change the engine subsystem component type; types are in the creator manual.
