Here's a link to a little gem I just found - part of the Western Ireland Rail corridor and the old "Burma Road".

Very well presented, there's a few glitches here and there in the scenery, nothing serious other than the terminus station seemed to be obscured by a grey box and I couldn't see the platform. It's a nice drive in OpenBVE - I used the Class 31 which was well suited to the gentle pace of driving this route.
Most pleasant - many thanks to the author and hoping he manages to extend it at some stage.

Re: Irish Route
Sounds like a misplaced object file if you cannot see the terminus station. No previous instance of that ever reported on either the old IWR (BVE4) or Ballyfeckin & Waterville (OpenBVE). Let me know which routes are affected and any error messages and we should come up with a fix.
The approach terminus station looks like the pictures here http://www.bve-terminus.org/gallery/dis ... play_media
The Irish trains on the iwrsim website are made to look right for the route. Although if you are fond of the class 31 why not download the Irish 071 external to go with it. There is a EMD 201 external to be released this month, the class 57 cab goes well with that. All the (modern) Irish Rail dmus are complete although there is a Cravens type dmu external in the old livery which will work with the Class 101. I hope to issue a cabview for the 071 and 201 before too long, I don't have the suitable textures yet.

Still crazy after all these years, and why wouldn't ye be??
Re: Irish Route
It was the IWR - the effect was if a train was standing in the platform already and when I passed through the front of it the whole screen went gray.
I'll see if it happens again and try and get a screenshot.***
My personal fond memories of Irish traction are the 071 of course, but also the "little" GM's - the 120's on Rosslare to Dublin and the 141's and 181's on Limerick to Rosslare or Mallow to Tralee. Would be great to see those in BVE.
*** Edit: Didn't do it this time at Charlestown so guess it was just an OpenBVE oddity.

Re: Irish Route
This can happen if you run IWR in open BVE. It is NOT an open bve route, rather being designed for bve4.
What is happening when you run it in open is that the section commands must have two or three clear blocks ahead, and there sits the preceding train. As there was no exterior loaded this is a grey box.
If you want to run this bve4 route in openbve without the potential sig problem do this.
Leave the red sig object at the buffers as is, change the section command at the buffers to .section 0;2;4,
Then add two extra sigs at, say 500m and 1000m on from the buffers with .section 0;2;2, and .section 0;0;0,
This ensures the preceding train is parked beyond the station out of sight.
I may alter it at some stage in the future, but really the IWR route is not planned for upgrading as the amount of work involved would take more time than I want to spend, when I am now only undertaking OpenBVE development and extending Ballyfeckin. From my point of view, it's history.
