New Graphics card?

Post by niclouse3 »

Hey Everyone.
So, im currently running a Nvidia 7300LE, working fine. Just thinking its maybe time to update the graphics card in the system.
I have other games i would love to play, such as 'City Bus Simulator 2010 - New York' but cannot because i do not have the required graphics card, CBS requires a higher graphics card of 8600 or similar.

Would anyone suggest any graphics cards i could upgrade to, only problem is i have a low budget..

Thanks Nick.

I run an NVidia Gforce9800GT 512mb, it appears to be a good card (runs Trainz TS2004 ok) & can be picked up these days at a reasonably cheap price. :)

the 9800GT isnt a bad card on the top of things, but depending how much it is you might be able get something better.

Your local CEX, Cash Converter or other similar store might be good if they have a 1 yr warranty which is good, and to test performance on GPUs I measure them using the lists and samples at http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/
