SECR Locos

Post by ahardy »

Is there anyone out of all of you fantastic modelers out there who may be interested in making the following for me:

"C" Class "P" Class O1 Class

I believe they are all SECR designs and would look great in there original SECR liveries, a challange in itself!. Members of all three clases survived into both Southern and BR days, plenty of scope for variation. If I ever finish my fictional route, which is intended to be like the SECR they would look great! One reason that I would like them is at the moment there are no locos by this company and none in there livery. The second is that at the age of 15 im struggling to get to grips with 3D models (I can't even make scenery objects yet, not helped that i dont have a 3D program of my own, although i've tried several times with a freind on his computer.)

I hope someone will be interested!

Hi Andy,

I was about to e-mail you - I have started a P class and an O1 drawing A16 (and possibly an A17 later) as part of my KESR models set - though they'll be in SR or BR colours.

I intend to build almost every loco that ran on the KESR up to 1953 (and one or 2 later) I've already managed 4 so far (Dean, Ilfracombe, J94 and Hecate) not many more to go :)
