Liking the green 31 Ash. Think the yellow perhaps needs a bit of red added over it though.
Kind regards, Paul.

Or get rid of the yellow completely - I know my photos are B&W, but you can see their was no yellow panels in 1961 http://alan-lewis-chambers.fotopic.net/p18630016.html and http://alan-lewis-chambers.fotopic.net/p18629919.html.Blackpatch wrote:Liking the green 31 Ash. My railway photos are now on Google + - links to the albums are in this thread http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 9&t=149558
Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

You run into an issue where the texture mapping blew up the pinstripe on the door slighly larger than the body and nose then it went off on some weird angle where it went through the crease and joined up with the body pinstripe?

chef666 the 47 looks fabulous... I'd definately consider it for a real 47 but seen as I don't own anything like that it shall remain a figment of the imagination as far as a proper livery goes... looks brilliant well done
Re: WIP Thread 4 - Anything new for RailWorks
Thanks mate. It was just a random idea, and I was just seeing what can be done to the default 47 repaint wise. You never know, it may be released...conireland wrote:chef666 the 47 looks fabulous... Somthing I will upload this evening and (hopefully) will be availalbe when the downloads are checked next. BR Green Class 03 No. D2388 (The RSC Industrial North will be required). Due to the way the texutre files work on the 03 Base, the yellow nose cover screws will be red, this is because the fron "guard" is red, and in order for the downloader not to have yellow screws all over a red guard, which didn't look right by my eyes, I painted them red. It's a small issue that i've done my best to compensate for.

The DVT is looking lovely mate, looking forward to release
Re: WIP Thread 4 - Anything new for RailWorks
If you have any in mind, I will give them a go. As of now, I don't have any planned, but that could change.RobertM wrote:Mmmmm. nice, will you be doing any more 03 skins?
I opted for a nice 2P in Southern livery this time..

I know it's not factually correct, but for a personal repaint, I don't care

Re: WIP Thread 4 - Anything new for RailWorks
I was thinking of the two we have at Haverthwaite, a red & black one...

No real need, the green one will more than serf-ice for the time being.

Hi everyone.
Here's a WIP shot of a little something I'm working on.

Check out the Maunsell Era thread of the Building Rolling Stock section for more info.
Thanks 4472
