Hello All,
I have been building my route for some time now and have reached the testing stage. I have found a number of faults which I have managed to fix ok however I have now come across one which has had me stuck.
Running a test train over the route I hve discovered four short sections of track that the speed is set at 1mph. I have tried to correct this, to 30mph and this seems to work as the colour display changes and the properties say 30 mph. The snag is when you run the train ove the section the drive display shows 1mph again and the overspeed display shows.
I deceided to delete the track sction and add new rails correctly this action seemed to go to plan and the properties showed 30mph. I then ran a train over the new track and it still shows the display on 1mph.
Any ideas please

Re: Track Speed Limits
hey,
I had this very same problem with my WCML South Route, the problem area was the sidings at Rugby.
Is the track just straight or is there a junction/merge? My problem was two different track types/rules. Check the track at about a meter at a time and make sure its ALL set to 30mph

Did you have the correct track rule displayed when you made the changes. If you can't be sure it's best to make the changes again over the problem area making sure the correct track rule is displayed.
