RSC Products wont work

Hey. I have reacently had to re install railworks due to computer issues. I re installed all my addons.

My problem is my RSC products which are: 0-4-0 tanks, Class 02, and 4F pack. These dont show up in the list when i have added them in.One i activated them in the list and go back to the RSC bit they no longer show up. Ive tried deleting them and re installing and deleting the blue prints. Can anyone help? It would be most apprecated.

I think all those packs are Steam addons - go online with Steam and verify cache.

The addons shouldn't need adding by the end user (though I do keep separate backups of my DLC just in case) - I haven't had to use them though, simply going onto Steam to return the files to their original state.

Didn't steam advise backing up the registry .blob file by renaming to .old or something and running a verify?
