Shape Viewer 2.2 trouble

Post by CWill »

Hi,

My computer won't let me use Shape Viewer 2.2. It says "Run-time error 429. You don't appropriate licence to use this functionality."
Don't just do things right, do the right things. ;)

Hi Cody, do a search on Google for this error and see what they suggest.

Hi Cody, as Decapod has pointed out on the Steam4me errors page
Click on your Screen Start Tab and then the Run Tab, enter the following REGSVR32/V DX8VB.DLL in the box and o.k. this.
Thank you Decapod for your posting, it will be easier to do this than what you had to do via the Google method.

Hi There,

I did not realise Shapeviewer had a version 2.2. I am still using 1.5. It looks like it has a few more handy tools built into it.

Thanks Paul for another excellent utility program.
