Do Art Plugins work with 64-bit Windows 7?

The intricacies, or simplicities of 3D modelling are worth understanding. Alongside other forums like Building Rolling Stock, Scenic Item Creation and the other tool specific forums here's another place to ask questions that just don't quite fit the other forums.

Do Art Plugins work with 64-bit Windows 7?

Post by MaineLine »

Just switched to a new laptop from a 32-bit XP machine and can't seem get the Max 2010 plugins working. Max (or Windows?) complains that the Kuju dlls are not valid programs.

Works OK on the 32bit version of Max 2010 on my machine. No go on Max 64, unfortunately.

Since apparently the 32-bit version of 3ds Max 2010 will not run on my laptop's 64-bit Windows 7, I have had to go back to using my old desktop computer for Railworks.
