Fantastic news Matt, proper 3 cylinder sounds for the RSC Gresley V2, just what we have been wanting.

Thanks a lot for sharing your efforts with us (even though you are extremely busy), much appreciated.

Is it me, or have you done a lot to the low-speed running sounds. I think I can here far more creaks and groans as it moves off. Great stuff anyway. :D

Hi
The sounds are brilliant! Thanks you so much for doing them.
But is there a way to uninstall the sounds and to put the orignal sounds back on? (I am not very good at tecnical parts of railworks)
Thanks Chris :D

Hi Chris,

Best to always make a "Back up" of any files you are about to change before actually alter anything in RW, that way you can always easily return to how things were before the changes you made.

Don't really know why you would want to go back to the original sounds when Matts are first class, but if you "Verify Integrity of Game" in 'Steam' this will re-install the Default V2 files (but it will also revert any other Default changes that you may have made to your RW installation :-? ).

Instructions how to do this were kindly provided by Geoff, who I'm sure won't mind me re-posting them here:

The Steam pages can be configured in several ways, this is my Library Page.

Click right in the middle to get this menu and select PROPERTIES

Now select the LOCAL FILES tab and click on the VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE
