Global Controllers

Can RW confirm that the list of global controllers hasn't changed since the last update and where I can find an up to date list of all the current controllers.
The HST rear car sounds now work but the update seems to have broken some of our WIP sounds for the rear DM's (Driving Motors) on our LU stock.
Is Regulator still a global controller.
