Hi Folks,
First off apologies if this has been discussed before but I've had a look and cant find it.
I'm trying to make a scenario for the WCML where the players train leaves before a non-stop express to Carlisle from Glasgow. I have routed it so the player train heads off after Motherwell into a passing loop. However it often doesn't get this far as the AI express collides with the player train waiting to leave Motherwell, the signal behind the player train is at red but this seems to be ignored by the AI. If the player train is moving off from motherwell as the AI catches up it doesn't collide but stops metres from the back of the player train then the AI proceeds to crawl along.
Both the player and the AI trains are the DLC Pendolino 390 the AI train is moving with the front cab (the one where the drive and waypoints are set) at the front the player has this cab at the rear.
Is this something I have done wrong or is it a bug I'm really not sure, any help or suggestions would be greatly received.
Cheers.

Hello,
Not much help to you, however I can confirm that I have seen this with my own eyes. So I do not think that you have made a mistake as I have checked the signals and the route several times. I also think that this has also altered the points for my driver train which not has a mind of its own.
Any observations???

if i was a betting man, would it be fair to say that you set the 'problem AI' train to follow the route from glasgow using lots of waypoints or 'go-via' instructions????

Hi Phillip14, and welcome to the forums
Firstly, it would help us to answer your query if you told us more about the problem - particularly, which simulator you're using, what exactly you're trying to download and any error messages you are getting. Once I know these details, I'll move your post to the correct forum, where you'll get more response, as this topic clearly isn't the one you should be posting in.
Also, it would help everyone's ability to help you with your problem if you would please use some punctuation, as we'd be able to understand it a little better....
