Re: RW2: The Bug Thread
I understand RSC are already looking into the 8F/Jubilee/etc problem and may already have found a fix, it just takes time to get the update through Steam.
But yes, it should have been caught before release.

The key to knowledge is not to rely on others to teach you it.

Re: RW2: The Bug Thread
The feature was never active on all of the default signals pre-update. I can't remember which ones did and didn't have the check boxes present, but as others have stated the functionality is only active on the LED signals from GARL and WCML (and some of the German signals also?) so it isn't really an issue

Come on Rik - things are difficult enough today without this sort of pedantry... live and let live, eh?Wikkus wrote:This post is meaningless without pictures.balloonist2009 wrote:Hi on some of them you cant do anythink with them.

A new physics bug?
100% throttle, but both loco's wheels are standing still, while the train is accelerating?
Braking, 0% throttle wheelslip, and the wheels rotating much faster than the speed of the train instead of wheel blocking?
All in the video: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5862163/rw2bug/ ... things.mkv

My top wishes: Realistic engine physics - Superelevation - Multi-core support - Remove Physix engine, and use better one
Re: RW2: The Bug Thread
What is a mkv file and why am I downloading it? (I'm really not)
Re: RW2: The Bug Thread
Some alternative to an avi container. And I clicked on a link of sanyix's earlier and it downloaded straight away. Not cool.styckx wrote:What is a mkv file and why am I downloading it? (I'm really not)

Re: RW2: The Bug Thread
Here's a new one. I've been working on an update for the Standard Stock. After exporting both driving ends to the sim I found it only plays the engine and wagon sounds from the unit you are in. If I'm in the front, the rear is silent. If I change ends whilst in a free roam scenario, the end I move to plays it's sounds and the other end goes off. Boths ends played simultaneously before the upgrade and they both use the same engine and wagon sound blueprints.
