I notice some scenarios, particularly Oovee ones, are listed as "Very Hard" in the scenario listing, but in the briefing they're listed as "easy"

not sure if it's a bug but has fire mass of the DT LP changed? don't know if it applys to other locos, but seems to have half the previous fire mass?
Currently recreating Salisbury to Exeter 50s/60s.

For me after this update, the WCML north not works... it works just the tracks are missing. No matter if i reinstall, clear cache, it's same.
My top wishes: Realistic engine physics - Superelevation - Multi-core support - Remove Physix engine, and use better one

A few have had that apparently. First question is, did you get it legitimately. I am not pointing the finger that you haven't, its just worth asking. :D

So far, I personally haven't seen much change in the actual game play that I like, it seems to me to just have a new wrapping round it. But what I find most damn irritating now is that the AWS on screen alert symbol has now gone.

I run my set-up on dual monitors with RW running in window mode, I put RW on one screen then start to drive, I then click back on the other screen (remember it is in window mode so it doesn't minimise) and start doing something else, browsing the www and such, while I have my train driving along quite happily on screen 2 and I can see it but not hear it, and when I see the alert come on I can quickly click back on the screen, cancel it and carry on with it, but now, I cant do that, I have to constantly watch & listen to it, and that is simply not acceptable!!!

Sorry to say, some obvious/simple things have been missed in this 'upgrade' and more effort seems to of been made on making it look all nice and flashy!!!

If I had the chance, I would quite happily return my setup to how it was on Sunday night when I could actually have fun using this game before this happened

Hi,
Just ran the 'Chasing the Yellows' scenario from start to finish without any problems whatsoever, but afterwards, I came out the scenario when finished and had a look at the main screen for a while. I then decided to try the same scenario again, having read earlier about problems with this one and this time, from the start I had a hissing sound like it was stuck in a loop. As a result of this I had to shut it down and come out of the game completely in order for the sound to stop!

Are we maybe missing a sarcasm hint here? :D
Please tell me you're not seriously complaining that you have to actually watch the game to play it rather than have it as a slightly interactive screen saver as you browse the web?
PLEASE tell me you were kidding! :o

Maybe we should all give up? Far too many lost causes on here.

Easy tigers. Everyone is free to use RW however they see fit, provided they get enjoyment from it. And that remains true even if RobertM was being ironic.

Of course.

What we really need though is for someone to figure out how we can watch TV on the screen in the Pendolino like they do in real life...

Perhaps it's the fix for the bug where about twice as much coal went from the tender as appeared in the fire, or was it the other way round? It looked like one was being measured in kgs and the other in lbs.
