Kirklees light railway route and stock

Post by simon20 »

Being on the internet looking for new addons is a regular thing for me and recently I came across the Kirklees Light railway and stock. I went onto the website only to find the website had moved. Fair enough, but when i clicked on the link to the new site, the site could not be found. Has anyone got a trace of what happened to the route. I have most of the stock except for Hawk. If anyone has a copy of Hawk, i'd be very grateful of details of how to obtain a copy.

Cheers

I was the author of the route but i'm afraid it's long dead. I still have the files but very little time for MSTS and it's not really of that good quality to be honest....

Tim Elsby (RFairlie) is the man behind Hawk but i'm not sure if he frequents these forums these days....

Thanks for that info. I'm sure the route was great! I hope Tim Elsby sees this so I can ask him about hawk as I'd love a copy!

Thanks

I did actually receive a copy of 'Hawk' to finish off on behalf of Tim, as he at that time didn't have the time to finish it. Unfortunately with the demise of the route, only minor work was done to it. So unless Tim has finished it more recently, which is a possibility, I don't think it was ever properly finished.

I would love to be proved wrong however.

Cheers,
