F1 2010 The Video Game

Post by Gavin-D »

Hi, for those who are unaware F1 2010 The Video Game is released next Friday (September 24th) for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

I have my copy on pre order from here: http://www.shopto.net/PS3/VIDEO%20GA...%20Bundle.html - That includes a steering wheel and the game for £49.86 or you can pre order the game on it's own for £31.85 PS3 & Xbox360 or £19.79 for the PC version.

That's a good deal you've got yourself there!

I've pre-ordered it on Zaavi, got it for £31.95 with free delivery. Quite often get games early with Zaavi, so here's hoping! :)

Might look into that (scrap that - the PC version seems to have disappeared from the radar now :-( )

@G0fthick - I didn't realise they were still trading as I thought they went under around about last Christmas?

Their street retail operations ceased, but they've been going strong as an online store since the closure. I've shopped with them a number of times in the past and they offer a very good service at very competitive prices.

Yeah but your site was much cheaper but "not available" at the present time :-(

The stuff on GAME seemed a bit hit and miss - I couldn't see a pre-order option, only a download link that gave a 404 message.

Not entirely correct. If you have pre ordered F1 2010 for the PC then it will be on PC DVD after which it will only be available as a digital download.

Well tonight will be the proof as to whether I need to hone my driving skills :-)

Just need those nice people at Steam to unlock the game so that I can play after downloading it last weekend!

I must admit - I've not really paid much attention to this - i dont know what to expect really - There havent really been many good racing "sims" over the year for F1 and these console types never tend to forfill what they should, I Mainly use rfactor now and have for the last 5 years (http://www.virtualr.net/category/rfactor/ - lots of good stuff here), but Iracing is where it is at in terms of online competition and stuff. Is there a demo for xbox or PC?
