How do I position lights?

New to Microsoft Train Simulator 1? Here's a good place to start and find out what it's all about!

How do I position lights?

I know how to make lights but how do I find out where to position them?

Hi James
If you have shape viewer you can load the model and one of the measuring tools.
Then you can read off the positioin.

Additionally,

1. Load the ENG or WAG file into Shape Viewer.
2. Press Ctrl-F2 to view all axes and attachments (lights, head out, special effects). See image below:

3.Have WAG or ENG file open in a text editor (ConTEXT) in another window, make your changes within the ENG/WAG file then save.
4. Now jump back to Shape Viewer window and press Ctrl-F5, Ctrl-F2 to see new locations.
