hi, ...

Sly, ...
The name I do not care , the locomotive, I will buy for sure.
A great model and one as far as I can judge so far, a good job.

Fred is a good name.

in terms of westerns, how about D1056 Western Sultan? or Western Legionaire before it was correctly renamed?
Currently recreating Salisbury to Exeter 50s/60s.
almost all yard, trackwork, scenery and signalling complete salisbury - wilton. Trackwork 2013 standard to Gillingham, Older beyond. - Abandoned due to newer tools in subsequent TS versions.

OoOo this is next? This is the one I've been anticipating the most so far. I love the style and looks of it and the history behind it is a good read also.

That cab looks spectacular.

Looks fantastic, and in terms of names I'd like to see all of the preserved examples there to be used in preservation style scenarios, so:

D1010 - Western Campaigner
D1013 - Western Ranger
D1015 - Western Champion
D1023 - Western Fusilier
D1041 - Western Prince (could you give this one 'Prince of Clag' exhaust emissions?)
D1048 - Western Lady
D1062 - Western Courier

Looks stunning. Hopefully the Mayback music will be captured accurately so I can educate the neighbours what real engines sound like ;-)

It looks absolutely fantastic Sly, and still only WIP :o
If you are planning to release all of the livery variants then D1000 Western Enterprise (Desert Sand) D1015 Champion (Golden Ochre) and D1030 Musketeer ("Chromatic" Blue w/ red buffer beam) are to the best of my knowledge the only examples to carry those specific liveries
Personally I'd love to see D1008 Harrier in all over maroon (without any yellow warning panels)

But I'm sure whichever you choose will look truly stunning

Fantastic stuff there Paul, you've really captured the feel of the locomotive. Nice to see a good looking diesel for once. :D

...would be fantastic if you could fit them in.
