A4 Pacific Control Problem

Post by RobertM »

Hi all,

Just bought the JT A4 pacifics pack, and am having trouble with the controls, the injectors dont respond to keyboard commands, along with the Dampers, the blower seems temperamental as it only works sometimes.

Is this a known issue?

Hi Rob

I've updated verything on my RW installation and controls all seem to work ok for me with mouse and keyboard commands... Injectors respond to I and O keys, Dampers to M / shift + M, Blower to N / Shift + N, small ejector to J. Nothing visual happens with the K / shift + K and L / shift + L keys that increase injector water rate. (see page 17 of drivers manual if you havent already seen the bit about expert driver commands). If you are still having problems then I suggest you let Just Trains Support know and give them as much info as you can about your problem and your hardware setup / OS etc.

If you've got the IHH Breakdown Crane installed that might be the reason, it seemed to be in my case - see this thread: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 4&t=108071
