You do know, that it is RailworksProc2.exe you should patch, and not railworks.exe? ;)

Well, this patch won't work for me at all! As soon as i click on 'play' on any scenario, my RW just freezes, and i have to CTRL, ALT, DELETE to get out. I am running 64-bit Windows 7, and it was the RailworksProc2.exe that i patched. (well, tried to!) Oh well, never mind.

Cheers,
Terrone.

Weird, i re-instated the launcher from the backup, then patched RWproc2 and the scenario loaded no ping as usual! Going to try it on full spangly settings and see if it loads then?

Scratch that! Its decided all on its own that it wants to work all of a sudden! I have managed to start the 'Long Way Round ' scenario on W&B.Its a little bit jerky, but it runs ok. Not sure if i would rather out the object texture settings back to medium, and have it run smoothly. My system is not bad, but not the best in the world!

Cheers gang,
Terrone.

Well, woweeeee! It works!

I can now run Wales & Borders' Morning Service activity without turning down object detail to get through Spring Vale.

Absolutely cracking news.

Thanks for the find.

We didn't had to downgrade our expensive hardware. All we needed was a patch :)
